Aperol is light in alcohol at only 11.0% ABV but has a rich and complex taste derived from the infusion of a blend of high-quality herbs and roots. The original recipe has remained unchanged and is a secret to this day. To make the perfect Aperol Spritz take a large wine glass, fill with ice and add 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and a splash of soda. Garnish with a slice of orange.
